Tactical Tailor Super Straps
I used these to replace the USGI ones that were on my Alice pack. Overall they are better with more padding and padding that extends down further and keeps the straps from digging into your ribs. Only thing I wish it had would be some webbing, so I could attach the cell phone case that I like to carry.
